Booking

To secure your booking, an initial deposit of 30% is due at the time of booking.
The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable after three (3) days have elapsed from the date of booking.
The remaining 70% must be paid before the scheduled date and is also non-refundable.
Please ensure your availability before confirming, as all payments are final.

An invoice and a service agreement will be sent for the client to complete, with assistance from the head artist or a team member if needed.
Please make sure you are always issued a receipt, as this is your proof of booking and future payments.
The final balance is due 2 days before the event date.
Accepted forms of payment: online card or mobile money (via Paystack), cash, bank transfer or mobile money transfer.

A trial is a good time to meet and get familiar with the artist, define your unique style and envision how you will look on your big day. Brides who want a physical consultation must book a trial session.
A bridal trial is not mandatory and attracts a separate fee of GHS 2,000. All sessions are held at the Charly.O Beauty studio.
The trial fee is due when the trial service is rendered.
Trial sessions are available only to booked clients who have paid the 30% non-refundable deposit.

Transportation is not included in the rates. A travel fee may apply to all locations.
Clients outside Greater Accra pay for transportation (flight / fuel) and cater for accommodation (hotel) if necessary.
All packages are eligible for out-of-town booking except the Copper package.
An additional location fee of GHS 1,500 is charged for out-of-town bookings.

The contract will state a start time and end time for each session, initialled and approved by the client.
Makeup will be completed to the client's satisfaction but will not exceed the allotted makeup time (2 hours 45 minutes per session).

All deposits paid will be refunded if the booking is cancelled within 3 days of payment. After the 3-day grace period, should a client cancel the booked event, the deposit will not be refunded or transferred.
If the makeup artist cancels at any time or is unable to perform their duties for any reason, other artists on the Charly.O team will be referred. If the client rejects the offer, the deposit paid will be fully refunded within 3 days.
